Shipping
We currently ship all over the UK, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland. We hope to ship further soon!
Orders placed after 12pm Monday -Friday will be dispatched the next working day (please note that Saturday and Sunday is not a working day). The delivery time from when your parcel is dispatched depends on the shipping option you choose.
We use EVRI and Royal Mail services. We also offer a Click & Collect option from our stores including: Jessica's Sweets Worcester, Jessica's Sweets Hereford, Captain Kandy Bristol and Captain Kandy Weston Super Mare.
Customer Service
Our office is open Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. Any emails sent to us will be replied to within 2 working days.
We do not offer personalised products at this time.
